Group Fitness

Do you enjoy a good cardio workout in a HIIT class? Or a good burn from a toning class? CAC has you covered! Our group fitness classes are world-class, taught by experienced instructors who truly care about you and your fitness goals! All group fitness classes are included with your membership and have a no sign-up process allowing our members to enjoy a flexible and no-pressure environment! Personal Training & Nutrition

Our trainer works 1-on-1 with members to support their life, athletic, and long-term goals. Whether you have hit a plateau in your current routine, need help with accountability or consistency, or have a specific athletic goal in mind, our trainer will hand make a fitness and/or nutritional program designed to fit your needs. Various session plans are available!

Aquatics

With both an indoor and an outdoor pool, there is no limit to what you can accomplish in the water! Our outdoor pool is open from May until September while our indoor pool is open all year round! Our heated indoor pool is the perfect place to enjoy a casual swim, break a sweat in one of our water aerobics classes, or even to get in low-stress exercises for those who want to relieve their joints or recover from an injury.

 

Racquetball

We at CAC understand how fundamental racquetball is to our club, especially since that is how our building was founded in the 1970s! CAC has the most racquetball courts in all of Lincoln and offer both a fast and bright space for gameplay!

 

Fitness Floor

Our 25,000 sq. foot fitness facility has just about anything you could ever need, whether you’re a serious powerlifter or a cardio addict. We have a fully-stocked free weight area, dozens of weight machines and racks, along with various types of cardio machines to really get you moving! Our space is outfitted with an extensive collection of functional training equipment, including kettlebells, ropes, squat racks, a deadlifting station, and so much more!
